Lucky for you babe, we’ve got a super-easy hassle-free returns process!

1. Please contact our Customer Service via email([email protected]), indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
 
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please following the instructions below for a refund according to your situation. 
 
3. Drop off your package at the local post office. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to onsitedt.com.
 

4. We will now take it from here. Once we receive your return, it can take up to 10 working days for us to process your refund. Once back in our warehouse, your returned items will be inspected, processed, and refunded ASAP! Your refund will be minus the original delivery charge and return label fees. If your return is rejected, we will contact you by email to resolve the issue.

Return Period

If there is any fault with your item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item so we can investigate this.

If you fail to notify us regarding a faulty product within 14 days of receiving the item, You will not be eligible for a refund.

If you change your mind, you can return unwanted items to us within 14 days.

But if the time is within 30 days, we can refund you the equivalent coupon and bind it to your onsitedt.com account.

The return period starts from the day you receive all items in your order. All returns are subject to the conditions below.

 

Return Conditions

Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as returned items must meet the following conditions to qualify for refund:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must not be marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions etc.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
 

International Return

Fill out the return form

Make sure you fill out the return form we sent with your order, as it contains important information for us to process the return. 
You can download a copy of the return form if required after contact our Customer Service. Your return will be delayed if the return form is not filled in.

Pack and Post

Securely pack the items and place the return form inside the parcel. Post the parcel with any courier of your choice.We are sorry that we cannot provide return shipping label for international orders.
